The Conference.care platform — where clinicians schedule and hold case conferences, and where any patient or clinical information is handled — is governed by a separate platform Privacy Policy that you accept when you create an account at accounts.conference.care. We do not collect patient or health information through this website.

Conference.care is a secure platform that helps GPs and other coordinating practitioners run Medicare-funded case conferences.
